RIM Remote Input Module
Remote I/O features:
The RIM module is designed to monitor and report the status of it's 4 digital inputs for a remote alarm and/or location application. This Remote I/O module has 3 inbuilt RS232/485 serial ports and custom firmware can be developed to give it further functionality or allow it to support other protocols such as MODBUS. The RIM has been designed to allow it to perform varied monitoring and reporting applications in any industry.
It has a wide operating voltage of 9-32 Volts DC and the 4 inputs are monitored for integrity. The rugged case is waterproof and is rated to IP67.
If you have a requirement for remote monitoring and reporting, the RIM module could be the answer. For more information on the RIM module or any other of our product development platforms, please send an email to info@rtunet.com
