Semaphore facilities provide timely repairs for all our SCADA control products. We repair boards, subassemblies, and complete RTU systems. You can be assured that every product returned to our factory receives the same testing, using the same facilities, as new products. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, a factory technician is involved in every repair.
For selected products, Semaphore offers service exchange, which eliminates the wait time while the repair is underway. The Semaphore customer service contact will be able to inform users if this is available for a particular product and will always work with the customer to determine the most satisfactory repair service.
